Job Description:

• Assist in installation of software on new and used devises

• Help resolve software issues

• Assist in how to use software programs

• Recommend programs and review future software needs

• Investigate and resolve connection issues between devises

• Educate and guide OSRA team on best practices and safe use of technology

Qualifications:

• Five years or more of experience in software management

• Ability to work remotely with minimum supervision

• Knowledge of Microsoft and other related software highly recommended

• Ability to teach and guide team in best practices using current technology
