Evaluation and Monitoring Specialist
Our Solid Roots Association is looking for a part time Evaluation and Monitoring Specialist to collect, track, and analyze data to assess the value and impact of their Anti Racism program and outcomes, as well as translate these assessments into actionable insights and strategies to increase the impact of an organization. Working with the CEO, Social Media Specialist, Board, Elders and Volunteers the Evaluating and Monitoring specialist will create and develop M&E Frameworks and an Anti-Racism Self-Assessment Tool.
Key Accountabilities
Developing M&E Frameworks:
-Design and establish comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks for program and projects, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.
- Setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the goals of programs and projects. These indicators serve as benchmarks for assessing progress and success.
- Connecting the project with key stakeholders in the form of feedback, collaboration, and/or presentation
- Data Collection Methods: Select appropriate data collection methods and tools, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and direct observations, to gather relevant information for monitoring and evaluation.
-Assist with creating an anti racism self-assessment tool.
Compensation
Hourly pay at 4 hours per week with some flexibility.
